Creating or importing patch files or set lists
Editing patch files or set lists
Saving patch files or set lists
Archiving collections of patches and setlists to a compressed file
Restoring collections of patches and setlists from a compressed file

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

The Application does not request or store any user related information, provided by the user, beyond the user’s Application preferences such as default file and folder locations, presentation options etc.

The Application does not automatically collect or store any information beyond the user’s application preferences such as default file and folder locations.

Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

No third parties can see or have access to information obtained by the Application.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

We will not collect or retain any of your information.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect or store any information from the Application.
